TheSingapore company said it had acquired an additional 700,000 shares in theLuxemburg-registered outfit for SGD1.4m ($1.1m).
Thislatest share purchase lifts its stake in Discovery Offshore to 13.1m shares, ofjust over 20%, of the company.
BakerTechnology said its total consideration for the investment in DiscoveryOffshore to date was about SGD31.8m.
“Thecompany continues to designate its investment in Discovery Offshore as anavailable-for-sale investment,” Baker Technology said.
