Four men have been accused of delivering a shortfall of bunkers to Frontline’s 149,750-dwt tanker Front Splendour (built 1995) from the bunker tanker Ivory.

Authorities alleged that the suezmax tanker received less than the 2,662t of bunker fuel stated in the relevant documents.

Singapore’s Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) are said to have launched an investigation into the incident after receiving a tip-off.
