Norwegian limited partnership (KS) company Parbulk 2 continues to pursue a $30m claim against Indonesia’s Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi over the early delivery of a panamax bulker.
Wilh Wilhelmsen’s investment company Skips AS Tudor was managing owner and had a 20% stake in the 70,000-dwt Mahakam (built 1996), which was on a five-year bareboat charter to Humpuss at $38,500 daily from December 2007.
