In fact around 400 guests made their way to the southwest London venue to enjoy the evening, among them Mehrotra’s long-time friend, Jim Davis, probably best known as head of the International Maritime Industries Forum (IMIF), and wife Hanny, as well as new International Maritime Organization (IMO) secretary-general Lim Ki-tack.
Welcoming guests was also former Lloyd’s Register (LR) chief executive Richard Sadler, recently appointed to the same role at Foresight.
