Goldman Sachs has amassed a significant stake in MPC Container Ships (MPCC) on behalf of other investors.
In a filing, the US investment banking giant stated that funds under its control had crossed the 5% threshold for disclosure, reaching 5.08%, or 22.54m shares.
This chunk is worth NOK 610.6m ($68.6m) at Wednesday’s price of NOK 27.10 per share in Oslo, up 0.56%.
