Parbulk II, a Norwegian KS (limited partnership) company led by Wilh Wilhelmsen interests, continues to pursue a $32m claim against Indonesia’s Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi defaulting on a bulker charter.
Christian Due, of Wilhelmsen outfit Skips AS Tudor and chairman of Parbulk II, says a final decision is expected from the High Court in Jakarta soon.
“We have won all the cases against Humpus on the matter and we will not give in,” he said.
