Russian-owned ship leasing company GTLK Europe is expanding its operations in Ireland with a planned new fund worth $100m.
The company, controlled 100% by Russia's State Transport Leasing Company (STLC), has applied to set up a dedicated financing arm in Dublin, according to a filing with the companies registration office, the Irish Times reported.
It manages aircraft and shipping assets worth more than $1.5bn.
