Singapore has launched the third installment of its Smart Port Challenge (SPC), an annual competition which aims to build a local vibrant maritime entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem.
Open to both local and foreign start-ups it is jointly organized by the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) and NUS Enterprise, the entrepreneurial arm of the National University of Singapore (NUS).
