Top Ships is on the hunt for more capital.
The Evangelos Pistiolis-led tanker owner is offering 1.14 million common shares at $8.74 each, according to an SEC filing.
If successful, the effort will raise $10m in working capital for "general corporate purposes," the Monaco-based company said.
The units are also being offered as purchase warrants to buy the shares by 31 December at $11.36
