Contracts remain unsigned at two South Korean shipyards on up to 17 LNG carriers for the Total-led Mozambique LNG project more than a year after letters of intent on the berths were issued.
The shipbuilders, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Samsung Heavy Industries, remain hopeful that contracts will be inked and have been trying to encourage Total and its associates to move forward.
