US fund BlackRock has become the third-largest investor in Oslo-listed OSV and contracting company Subsea 7.
Subsea 7, with a market capitalisation of $4.53bn, said the fund had acquired voting rights on 12 October that built its stake to 5.03% from 3.7% previously.
The slice is worth $228m.
The rights are attached to both shares and financial instruments.
