UK shipowner Global Marine Group has sold its crew transfer vessel (CTV) business CWind to focus on subsea operations.
CWind said it has been acquired by UK investment firm Inspirit Capital.
This marks the beginning of a new era as CWind transforms into a stand-alone entity, the company added.
