Singapore's Swiber Holdings has revealed claims against it now total $288.8m.
The company's judicial managers said the sum was correct as of 29 December in an update on Tuesday.
They said legal advice was being sought on the claims.
The managers added they were in the process of verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to them by the company.
