Danish shipowner and operator Norden is beefing up its board with two heavyweight names.
The Copenhagen-listed company has nominated Ian McIntosh, former chief executive of huge commodity trader Louis Dreyfus Co, and pension fund executive Vibeke Bak Solok as new directors.
A shareholders meeting will be held on 9 March to vote on the additions.
