French owner Bourbon has banked a firm price for an ice-class anchor-handler as it continues to dispose of vessels.

The large 280-bp Bourbon Arctic (built 2016) has been snapped up by Canadian operator Horizon Maritime for $41.5m, VesselsValue said.

It values the ship at $39.54m, calling it "unique" due to its super ice-class, DP2 capability and subsea work capacity.

Bourbon has now sold seven vessels since the start of last year, according to VesselsValue head of offshore Robert Day.
