Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) has announced the death of company secretary Teo Meng Keong.
The company said the executive passed away suddenly on Tuesday.
"We extend our deepest condolences to his family and express our appreciation to Mr Teo during his tenure in office," it added.
The company is a major shipbuilder and also has bulkers.
It posted a third quarter profit of SGD 19.43m
