The bank accounts of Croatian owner Uljanik Plovidba have been unfrozen following a court ruling.

The tanker and bulker company's director Igor Budisavljevic said that enforcement proceedings were adjourned against the company over debts owed to Uljanik Group shipyard 3 Maj.

The legal review was undertaken by the ministry of finance at the administrative appellate court division.

Two directors resigned from the shipowner earlier this year after being questioned in relation to a fraud enquiry involving orders for vessels at Uljanik Group.
