Shipowner and operator Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers (KNOT) has contracted two LNG-fuelled shuttle tankers priced at $141m each at South Korean shipbuilder DSME.
KNOT said the 124,000-dwt newbuildings will be operated in the North Sea under 10-year time charter contracts with Italy's ENI.
This contract is the third and fourth long-term shuttle tanker charter contracts between ENI and KNOT group.
