Former tanker owner Nordic Shipholding is now being run by a liquidation lawyer after its board resigned.
Shareholders approved the voluntary winding up of the Danish company at a meeting at the end of December.
The board of directors, including chairman Esben Poulsson, and the executive board stepped down as a result.
Louise Celia Korpela, of law firm Gorrissen Federspiel Advokatpartnerselskab, was appointed as liquidator.
