Denmark’s Nordic Shipholding is to be wound down after selling its last tankers earlier this year.

It said the board is calling an extraordinary general meeting with the intention of initiating a voluntary solvent liquidation.

This will be done with the “commitment and continual support” of majority shareholder Nordic Maritime.
