Oslo-listed Okeanis Eco Tankers (OET) said it plans to pay shareholders a majority of the profit from the sale of its smallest and oldest vessels.

The Athens-based company confirmed on Wednesday that it has agreed to dispose of the 114,300-dwt LR2 product tanker sisterships Nissos Therassia, Nissos Heraclea and Nissos Schinoussa (all built 2015).

The three vessels combined fetched total gross proceeds of $120.75m.
