Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) posted its fifth consecutive quarterly loss, but the Jones Act tanker player is confident enough in the market to start pulling ships out of lay-up.
The Florida shipowner reported a loss of $16m for the third quarter, deeper than both the $700,000 loss posted for the same period last year and its $10.7m second quarter loss.
