Oman's state transport group Asyad is reportedly considering a part-privatisation of LNG carrier and VLCC owner Oman Shipping Co (OSC).
Sources familiar with the matter told Reuters that Asyad could offload a strategic stake of 40% to investors.
The report claimed banks have been asked to pitch for a deal to review a potential transaction.
