Teekay Tankers has confirmed the sale of one of its MRs and revealed summer moves to boost its time charter coverage.
The 46,900-dwt Teesta Spirit (built 2004) sold for $14m in a deal chief executive Kevin Mackay said would aid the delevering of its balance sheet.
TradeWinds has previously reported Greek owner IMS to have taken the ship, which has been a sales candidate for some time.
