The commodities giant shed light on itsappetite for tonnage after DT Group, a joint venture with Cochan Ltd, unveiledplans to create a new LNG-focused trading business backed by Sonangol.
The alliance, Sonaci DT, will employteams based in Geneva and Singapore provided the companies secure a green lightfrom regulators, according to a statement.
"Our objective is to apply ourexpertise and capabilities to become a leading independent LNG trading company,”said DT Group chief executive Mariano Marcondes Ferraz.
