Commodities giant Trafigura is content with its tanker and gas carrier fleet size for now, after big expansion this year.

The company’s annual report revealed the number of wet ships chartered in for more than three months fluctuated between 210 and 230 to 30 September, up from between 175 and 190 in the previous 12 months.

Andrea Olivi, the group’s head of wet freight, told TradeWinds that it had built up the fleet in all sectors.
