China's Yonghua Shipping is expanding its fleet with a domestic tanker order.
It has contracted a chemical and oil carrier at AVIC Dinheng.
The 11,960-dwt ship is due in 2021, Clarksons said.
No price was revealed for the vessel.
The owner has two small tankers built in 1991 and 2006.
