A UK High Court judge has handed down a landmark judgement against Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) chairman Nobu Su and one of his group companies that makes the Taiwanese owner liable for almost $38m.

Lawyers acting for Monaco-based owner Polys Haji-Ioannou have a number of freezing injunctions in place on Su’s assets and with this verdict will be expected to go after these in a bid to claw back the cash owed.

The speedily delivered, 46-page judgement from Justice Jeremy Cooke awards damages of $37,854,310.24
