Baltic Cruises Investment has become the third-biggest shareholder in Estonian ferry group Tallink.
The Nasdaq Baltic stock exchange said the company had raised its stake to 5.48% from less than 5% previously, with 36.93m shares.
The investor does not even feature on Tallink’s list of top shareholders with more than 1%.
But Estonia’s EVK website now shows it as third behind Baltic Cruises Holding on 18.06%
