Grindrod plans to nearly triple coal capacity at its two terminals in Mozambique’s capital as record demand for the commodity fuels surging prices.

The South African ports and logistics group expects to expand export capacity at its Maputo Drybulk Terminal to 4.5m tonnes per year in the first half of 2022, up from 1.5m tonnes per year today.
