UK maritime security company DG Risk Group is stepping up its anti-piracy operations with the takeover of compatriot Protection Vessels International (PVI).
The deal also includes PVI's trading division, Halcyon Yacht Security — a move that DG Risk said would grow its operational and commercial capability "considerably".
PVI is a provider of armed maritime security solutions for commercial and governmental agencies.
