A tugboat has been recovered from the Suez Canal after it sank following a collision with a Hong Kong-flagged VLGC.
Admiral Ossama Rabiee, the managing director of the Suez Canal Authority, said traffic was not affected by the operation to recover the tugboat Fahd.
It went down on Saturday after damage to its hull following a collision with the 84,000-cbm Chinagas Legend (built 2020).
