Dennis Uy's shipping group Chelsea Logistics Corp (CLC) is aiming to up its stake in Philippines ro-pax company 2Go.
It said in a filing that it wants to boost its holding to 40%.
The idea is to buy Negros Holdings Management's remaining 20% slice of KGLI-NM, which has 60% of 2Go parent Negros Navigation (NN).
It has set aside PHP 2.2bn
