Fincantieri's results have gone to the red side of the ledger after sustaining unprecedented work stoppages related to Covid-19.
The Italian shipbuilder posted a loss of €137m ($162m) for the first half of 2020. The same period last year resulted in a €12m profit.
Adjusted results showed a €29m loss, compared with a €47m profit a year earlier.
