Cambiaso Risso Group is bringing its insurance and shipping agency business together in an effort to optimize costs.
The Italian marine insurance broker said a re-consolidation with Cambiaso & Risso Shipping Agency will result in the formation of a new company, headquartered in Genoa.
The city has been home to Cambiaso Risso since the 1960s.
Cambiaso Risso said the merger will include some foreign structures that will promote insurance and shipping agency activities in Italian ports and abroad.
