Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) is looking for a permanent successor after chief financial officer (CFO) Ma Hong Han resigned.
The former Cosco Corp, a shipyard and bulker company, said Ma, 46, was leaving for personal reasons after nearly five years in the job.
It is "in the midst of identifying a new chief financial officer," it added.
Liang Jianfeng, 40, is acting CFO in the meantime.
