Chief executive Richard Baker tells TradeWinds that proceeds from the debut issue will be used to invest in new technology, establish sales offices in the US and Europe and help the group meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.
The Singapore-regulated electronic trading platform, which specialises a variety of commodity derivatives, is offering investors an opportunity to acquire new and existing shares, including those held by founding patron John Banaszkiewicz of Freight Investor Services.
