South African owner Grindrod will list its shipping business on the Nasdaq exchange on 18 June.
The bulker and tanker owner said shareholders will receive one share in the new company, Grindrod Shipping Holding, for every 40 Grindrod shares they own now.
The face value of the stock will be $16.82
