The Oslo-based private equity firm, which specializesin the offshore sector, has bought a 71.3% stake in the Dutch company.
VryhofAnchors’ management and what were described as ‘key people’ will hold theresidual shareholding in the company.
Theiranchors are primarily used for station keeping of semi-submersibles, FPSO’s andsingle point mooring (SPM) buoys.
The company, which was founded in the early seventies, also offers ancillary mooring products and engineering services.
