Keppel Offshore & Marine has secured a number of conversion contracts that will see tankers turned into floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units.
The Singapore-listed shipbuilder said the four new contracts are worth a total of SGD 85m ($61.33m).
Keppel will start conversion work on the 106,034-dwt Tempera (built 2002) for Dixstone Holdings in the third quarter.
