German export and project finance lender KfW IPEX-Bank has logged a drop in new commitments for 2017.
The figure was EUR 13.8bn ($17.2bn) last time, from EUR 16.1bn in 2016, in a "highly competitive market environment," it said.
The deals were often concluded in syndication with other banks.
