German lender KfW IPEX-Bank is shaking up its management board.
General manager Claudia Schneider has been appointed as chief risk officer to replace Andrea Ufer.
Ufer becomes head of the markets II and treasury division after the retirement of Christian Murach. Klaus Michalak remains CEO.
Apart from a four-year hiatus, Schneider has worked for KfW since 1997, holding various management roles.
She has been general manager since 2015.
