Florida-based Lawrence Carroll Trust has taken another piece of Navios Maritime Acquisition, bringing its percentage stake in the company to nearly two digits.
The investor has upped its interest in the New York-listed tanker owner to 9.5%, expanding once again a partial ownership founded several years ago.
The trust now owns more than 14.3 million shares of Navios Acquisition's 150.8
