After 45 years under the ownership of AP Moller-Maersk, towage giant Svitzer is more than ready to stand alone, its bosses believe.
The Danish company will be demerged from its parent and listed as Svitzer Group in Copenhagen on 30 April.
Chief executive Kasper Nilaus has been with Svitzer for 16 years, the past four in the top job.
