Shipping veteran Esben Poulsson has been elected as the new chairman of the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS).
With 40 years of experience in the shipping industry, Poulsson has already outlined its priorities, which will mainly focus on CO2 emissions and the IMO Ballast Water Convention.
