Precious Shipping has reportedly raised around THB 1.96bn ($55m) from a three-and-a-half-year bond issue.
However, the Khalid Hashim-led bulker owner looks to have scaled back its efforts from an earlier fundraising target of closer to THB 4bn.
Asia Plus Securities and Krungthai Bank were reported as joint lead managers and underwriters for the bonds which will carry a coupon of 5%.
