Oslo-listed shipowner Avenir LNG has fixed its second 7,500-cbm LNG carrier newbuilding to Golar Power.
Avenir chief executive Andrew Pickering confirmed the fixture to TradeWinds without giving further details. A statement from the company is expected.
Golar Power is a 50:50 joint venture between Golar LNG and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners that is focused on the downstream business.
