Malaysia's MISC has bought Italian group ENI's last two LNG carriers - and fixed them back to their previous owner.

MISC said it had signed five-year deals with ENI's LNG Shipping for the 65,000-cbm LNG Portovenere (built 1997) and LNG Lerici (built 1998).

The charters are worth $133m.

LNG Portovenere's deal is expected to start in December, while the sistership will begin work in January.
