Dutch bunker supply company Titan LNG and its sister company Rolande have bought Engie LNG Solutions.
The buy will give Titan access to the portfolio of marine projects and customer contracts that the French company was working on to deliver LNG as bunkers to seagoing vessels, along with a number of inland waterways developments.
Under the deal road transport specialist Rolande will acquire Engie’s four truck fuelling stations, bringing its network of these facilities up to 12 in total.
