An unexpected increase in transits through the drought-hit Panama Canal will not ease disruption for VLGCs, analysts believe.
The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) said on Friday that crossings per day would rise to 24 from January, up from 22 currently.
This replaced the previous intention to cut transits to 18 by February, with water levels not as low as had been expected.
